Please help me cancel the membership

I am still not satisfied with the service I am getting regarding the membership cancellation issue. I have been given a run around at the same time my account is being debited every month. The one employee tells me I can cancel the membership free of charge after a year has been completed, the other one tells me there's no such thing, I have to pay an amount of R800 cancellation fee. Tried calling the call centre, they are always off line. Bottom line is I want to cancel the membership because moving to another club is expensive for me, I cannot afford to pay the money they are asking me to pay, hence I am no longer using thier facilities.

Can someone please cancel the membership so I can put this money I'm paying to good use.
