I recently ordered products from Biovea and although there were problems with the delivery of my order every time I emailed Biovea Customer Service I received an extremely friendly and helpful response within no time at all. I found them to be very efficient and when eventually I requested a refund due to non-delivery, they very quickly responded and the money was refunded into my bank account within a few days.
