I recently joined discovery vitality and hence went to planet fitness to speak to them about changing my contract accordingly or perhaps cancelling my current contract so i can join via vitality.
First i was told i can't cancel by a sales person, then i asked to speak to the manager because i'm sure there is a process in place for cancellation. The sales manager said i should call the head office, they have a call centre to handle this. I then called the head office and on calling the head office they said they don't handle cancellations anymore, i should be given a cancellation form at the Branch and then it will be processed. On telling her that i was referred by the branch to them i was told to send an email to Thabo Mphuthi, which i did and with all my details and still i haven't got a response from Thabo Mphuthi.
So i still haven't gotten help or a way forward on the matter.
