As per my previous report, I struggled for a few months to receive my treadmill out of Paul from Fix A Treadmill. Eventually a week ago I got a hold of him after we sent the courier to his address to collect my treadmill. The courier phoned me and told me that my treadmill is without a Motor and not in any working condition! I sent my treadmill to Paul with a noise on the treadmill, my treadmill had a motor in and was in a good condition. When we tried to phone him again on the landline, the landline was disconnected and his cellphone was according to him.
Please help as this is not acceptable at all.
