I e-mailed Nicolene Booysen at the Hennopspark Planet Fitness to cancel my contract on 7 Dec 2012. On the same day she said that it will be cancelled and the last payment will go off in January. On 4 Jan 2013 I asked for proof of cancellation which she sent on 12 Jan 2013. On 1 Feb 2013 another payment went off my bank account (which it shouldn't have). I e-mailed Nicolene and she promised the money will be paid back into my account. Not only did I not get my money back, but another payment went off on 1 March 2013. I want my 2 * R255 = R510 back and I don't want any more payments going off my bank account ever again. I am extremely disappointed! I cancelled my contract in 2012 and payments are still going off my account in March 2013. This is ridiculous!!
