Cooling-off Cancellation Refund Not Paid Back

I have already complained about this here:

I have received no payback and it's been more than a month that Planet Fitness has had the R7696 I paid them. Planet Fitness is in breach of Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

I have been to the small claims court regarding this claim and have been issued with a court case number. I have taken the court summons to the sheriff who will be serving the summons to Planet Fitness Plattekloof.

The court date has been set. I'd still prefer it if Planet Fitness could settle this with me outside the courts. I may consider withdrawing my small claims complaint should Planet Fitness pay me my refund sheriff costs (R96) before the court hearing date.

Utterly disgusted the way this has turned out.
