I have been trying to cancel my contract, I have been in to my branch where they told me to email customer services (which I did), I then also left a message on their website to contact me. I called head office and was put on hold for 34 minutes before I hung up. I then called my branch again and they finally put me through to someone who could help me at head office, she said she would get back to me and I have still not heard from them. They tell you it takes 72 hours to respond to an email. I have waited 3 weeks and have still not heard back.
