I had an incident at Virgin Active Moreleta Park on Wednesday 7 February. I was doing my workout when another member walked up to me and started shouting, swearing & threatening me that he was going to f%#k me up if I mocked him again on social network. (Basically it's on Instagram where the guy makes a video & I'm doing exactly what he does) When the guy was shouting at me the personal trainer was standing behind him & telling me that I was mocking his client. I felt very threatened by the Personal Trainer & member. I don't think this behavior should be tolerated by an employer of Virgin Active. There was two more employers that we're standing on the other side of him & did nothing to diffuse the situation.
I went to management afterwards to see if this was their policy but was told that the manager wasn't on duty yet & that they would get the manger to contact me. I had heard nothing by that afternoon & decided to call Virgin Active head office. I spoke to a lady & she assured me that action would be taken immediately & she would call me back first thing the following day.
I decided to call her at 11:00am with her only her tell me she'd call me before lunchtime.
