I would like to lay a complaint about of your personal Trainers Think his name is Tato. This morning I was on the treadmill And I only got onto it when some already paused it on about 4, 5 minutes. So I kept on running till 20 and thought I would just do the extra 4, 5 minutes as I run 20 minutes everyday before I do any other thing in the gym. I am also aware that the limit is 20min. So he comes to me and says are you aware that there are people waiting. Not giving me a chance to explain that I only did 15, 5 minutes and would like to do the extra 4, 5 telling me to get of people are waiting. And saying that the guy that was waiting and complaining to the him spends over an hour every day on the treadmill but no one says anything to him because he is training for a marathon. I only joined Glenvista in January and the service has been shocking. You pay so much to come to gym just to relax and get fit and get chased away like a dog. I felt so embarrassed that I actually left the gym this morning. I phoned the gym at 8 am this morning and management is ignoring my calls. Considering changing gyms all together and not even using virgin active.
