Brand new, out of the box, and faulty!

I have a history with Game/Trojan/M5/Massdiscounters by now. The first Ironman 520 treadmill, bought at Game, lasted less than 6 months. It was powered on for less than 150 hours. Making it worse, was that it is a PC board that broke, not a moving part. So, it cost me many emails/calls to have it fixed. I received the most shocking service from Game/M5. See my previous complaint. And, after 20 odd days I insisted on it being returned and refunded. I ended up with Game's regional manager to get this done.

So I got a call from Massdiscounter's sales exec (also the Trojan brand manager) assuring me of the quality of their service and of their Trojan products. For those wondering, M5 Sports Group is the only importer of Trojan. And, the only guys who can maintain it. They are Trojan in a way. A bit disconcerting to know this.

Armed with a direct line to the Trojan brand manager, we bought another identical Ironman 520. M5 delivered it and installed it on 4/2/2014. That evening my wife tried it out, and... it is squeaking like an old mattress. Faulty!

Faulty twice in a row! - how good can the quality be?

I emailed them more than 24hrs ago, and surprise... still no reply.
