I joined virgin on the normal subscription in december 2013 but later that month i changed and joined with discovery which reduces the charges but now i was charged 425 odds 1st of jan 2014 and i reversed it because i was to be charged the 89 odds . now they have not deducted the money due for feb and the 89 for jan which i authorised virgin to debit on the 25th. so being worried about that i email the call centre and an agent from N1 city mall called me suggesting that i must call the call centre. first of all i was the one who notified them of the problem now i must watse my airtime to call them i say no to that the call centre has to call me or wait for me until i return to cape town in the coming weeek
