I have cancelled my membership with Planet Fitness in November last year by filling out a cancellation form at the branch itself with the cancellation reference nr. Discovery Vitality gave me. Execution date was suppose to be 31 December 2013. I see that up to February 2014 monies are still being debited from my account. I have contacted the Planet Fitness whom keeps referring me to Discovery Vitality saying that they should do the cancellation. Discovery Vitality refers me back to Planet Fitness stating that any new memberships after 2010 needs to be cancelled by Planet Fitness themselves.
I just need this to be resolved as quickly as possible but the staff seems to be very incompetent and not at all in a hurry to resolve this issue while I am loosing money.
