Debiting more money than they should

Besides the many issues I have had joining with Virgin active under the Discovery Vitality, I am seriously not impressed with the service and the way their administration is being run. Not only did they take almost 2 weeks to activate my account after I had paid but now the have debited me more than double the amount for my Vitality membership account. The amount I am supposed to have paid is R117.00 but I was debited R292.00.

That does not make any sense and I need an explanation, as I am now fed up with the incompetency of Virgin active. I need this matter corrected soon.
