Good day,
I phoned in a few months ago to find out when my contract expires,
It expires end of March this year.
I have sent a website enquiry, to find out if I have to give notice as I do not want the contract to proceed after the contract expires. NO RESPONSE
I then phoned head office, the telephone just rings
I then phoned the gym I'm at, 24 times in total- the phone either just rings, is engaged or someone answers, and then immidiatly puts down the phone again.
Rediculous.
I need someone to phone me asap to advise hom to resolve this matter, I have returned my debit order for this month until i get the SERVICE i deserve.
