Just over a month ago I noticed that the music in the gym does not work. One speaker by the pool is the only one that is working. After complaining several times to the manager and various staff and being promised that they will fix it, nothing has changed. When the speakers do work they are extremely soft. When people workout, they enjoy having music in the background. What is the point of paying good money if we do not get all the facilities included.
