I have been trying to call the 011 875 6300 (as listed on website) and no one answers. This has been going on for several weeks now.
Similarly, I have sent an email via the planet [URL Removed] website.. with no response. No head office number is listed either.
I am trying to cancel my contract with no joy. I no longer live in the area and I am unable to go into the club.
It amazes me how quickly they get back to you when you want to join... but won't get back to you when you leave!
