Virgin Active Gym Roodepoort not for Black People

On the 18th of December i joined Virgin Active Roodepoort i had been communicating with the manager from the Gym as it is in the some complex as were i was working at the time, he sent his sales consultant to help me join at my workplace which was very nice and time saving. a week later i went to have my first work out everything was fine, on my third visit at the gym the receptionist denied me access into the gym saying that i did not join at this club but at Westgate Horrizon so i asked to speak to the dread locked guy who was assisting me in joining at the gym (his name is Shiping) he said my Discovery Vitality was not activated as yet and if i know if it is activated so i said i will call discovery and find out, a week later the manager come to workplace to deliver Gym Vouchers that we sell to our clients for when they want to use the gym and he asked me to call Discovery he will speak to them nd get my Amity number so he an fix my gym membership and we both called Dicovery and they said it will be active on the 1st of Jan 2014, Sunday the 2nd of February i get a notification that R369 was deducted from my account by Virgin, why cause when i joined the agreement was R111
