I reported about a misunderstanding a while ago and was attended to by Tracey who was very nice. I gave her my husband's number to call and confirm my account payment debits but he didn't pick up @ the time. He tried calling her back and there has been no answer. We even tried emailing and to no avail. Today virgin active has tried debiting from the same account in question instead of the account they are supposed to take from. I'm very disappointed as I am incurring costs with this action and I'm failing to reach Tracey.
