I was doing a rehabilitation session with my biokinetic Ian and the loud music audio of the club had us shouting to each other to have a conversation.
I went and complained to the club manager, Jonas, who was very helpful and pleasant, had the volume turned down and came upstairs afterwards to inquire if it we were happy with the sound level.
What incredible customer serbice.
