Had a contract at Planet Fitness, Witbank, Mpumalanga for longer than two years, did never renewed my contract but still paid each month.
Since October 2013, DEBIT ORDERS for the monthly fee is still going of on my account???
I still have all e-mail conversations related to the contract cancellation.
And yes R232.00 are monthly debited from my account, statements will be available as soon as case is accepted.
I did go and see my attorney, and they are waiting for a reply from planet fitness ASAP!
