1. Equipment is out of order (9 months for one machine with a simple board standing around - the part is on its way from abroad - 9 months already???)
2. Squash court "out of order" for over 3 months
3. Gym equipment standing around at 5 AM in the morning (Opening time for VA Waterfall mall - aren't management proud of their gym and how it looks like???)
4. Water leakage - lets rather swim in the spinning studio or do some laps at the circuit, or what about doing some crazy dance moves at the squash courts? EVERY WHERE IS WATER!!
5. every where is water except for the broken water dispensary, and if its not broken, it warm water
6. pathetic equipment overall
7. Paying monthly premiums for absolute, even VA Wonderpark is better of than VA Waterfall mall.
8. Cannot wait for Planet Fitness to open, VA Waterfall mall will loose a lot of members due to this sub-standard service and equipment
