It is unacceptable that my lost gym gloves were 'given away to charity' after being in the lost property for 2 weeks, and my not being able to collect them!
It is a disgrace - nowhere visible in the club does it specify this 'rule' - and now I am without gym gloves.
Please Virgin Active - rectify this and credit me with a new pair of gym gloves
