NOT COMPLETING CANCELATION OF CONTRACT

I find myself in the most frustrating situation.
My daughter Daniell Katz ID 890908 0139 086 - Dicovery Membership number - 011420580 - was a (Discovery) member at Virgin Active Gym - Old Edds. She decided to terminate her contract in October 2013 as she started going to a personal trainer at Planet Fitness. As you all know she can only get Discovery benefits from one gym - so she canceled her contract at Virgin with BONTLE PHAKEDI AT VIRGIN OLD EDS AS OF 18/11/2013. I have a confirmation email confirming this!! She then signed a contract at Planet Fitness - Illovo with the consultant named Natasha - who to our knowledge phoned Discovery for the confirmation of the contract as she was supposed to do. Daniella received a tag and start happily gyming at Planet Fitness.
However, on her return from holiday she was informed that she was "Kicked Off" Discovery as she had not completed her 36 required visits - problem! - she only joined in November so how is this possible. When she queried it furthe, she was informed that her contract with Virgin Active was never cancelled!!! Frustrated we called discovery only to be inform
