I submitted a complaint on the 22 of November to helloPeter about the lack of weights at the gym. I had been assured from September that new weights had been ordered. It is now January and there is still no weights. tonight at gym we enquired with the new general manager as to when new weights will be provided her lacklustre response and after consecutive questioning we get told that it will be there at the end of the month. this I cannot believe as I've been assured the same thing for 5 months now.
secondly when a fellow member has an issue with a debit order (the issue caused by planet fitness) he gets threatened with being denied entrance into the gym in a complete rude manner. I do not understand why no courtesy call was made to the member to enquire as to why the debit order has not gone through.
Unfortunately I have another 6 months contract at the gym so I cannot simply do as I wish and leave the gym to go to the main competitor where I experienced no such issues.
Please do not reply to this complaint with the weights have been ordered and we do not know the date they will arrive. please give me a date and some sort of reassurance that this will stand.
