Planet fitness phoned me now, I had a 2year contract there in 2009. It finish 2011. They contacted me telling I was handed over to the debt collectors bcs I should have cancelled the contract. What the bru. They telling me I owe them almost 10 000 rand. The consultant never told me that I must cancel the contract after the 'two year' contract is finish. They never contacted me once in 3 years telling this or sending me a bill nothing. They just handed me over with out even contacting me. I never received a letter or sms asking me if I want to renew the contract or cancel it. It is a disgrace how they there clients!
