Billing in the wrong month and given false info

My Name is Riyad Barmania. I joined Virgin Active early the month of December. I was on the line with a nice women by the name of Bianca who works at Virgin Active Greenpoint. I was suppose to meet with Bianca but I got their later that night. A newbie told me that all I have to pay is R99 and I can gym anywhere in the month of December. This lady told me that we will only debit you bank account the end of January. She signed me up as a premere member. Last night on the 31st of December an amount came out of my bank account R625.00. Causing my bank account to go in the minus. I want to have this done the proper way and this is making me think that I should cancel this contract. Bianca was so lovely to deal with but I think Virgin active should train their staff in the proper manner. I'll be awaiting a response from Virgin Active. Because this is not what I signed up for.
