I have received the same response following my first complaint. Why was mandate given to a 3rd party when Planet Fitness could not contact me first or rectify the 'problem" if there was one. Instead a 3rd party was given permission to debit my account without my approval or any notification! Could someone from Planet Fitness call me with regards to this account urgently. I will not waste my time, money or energy trying to call SAYA recoveries anymore.
