False advertising and disgusting service

This is my SECOND compliant... I have put a complaint on hello peter for breach of contract and false advertising. Regarding the V- CLub where they adviertise a bag if your child join in the month of OCtober 2013. Yet its there 20 December 2013, no bag... And i waited for 4 weeks for a proper card for him. After this compliant, Virgin Active contacts me and make promises they will deliver the bag to my work address... Im still waiting 3 weeks later. Im definitely cancelling this gym contract., since i never ever experienced this with Planet fitness. i want that bag or a refund to the value of the bag
