I received an sms a few months ago notifying me that my membership has been cancelled due to non-payment. When i contacted the club they apologised and said that i received it in error. i now received another sms notifying me that my membership is in arrears when I contacted the club I was informed that I did not sign up through Discovery Vitality and now had to pay R562. I gave you my vitality ref number on the 10 April 2013 (2800831572). I need someone who actually knows what's going on to contact me with proper information.
