The branch at Cobble Walk seems to have disappeared, as emails sent return 'failed' and the phones keep ringing.
I have tried numerous times to phone head office, their phones also just ring forever. Planet Fitness owes me a refund. I paid for membership in cash for three years in advance, and never received a membership card to use the facilities. So I was never able to get value for my money. They have gone as far as asking for my bank details, but nothing has happened since. I have been waiting for this to be resolved for over three years!!!
I am not just going to forget about approxiamately R5000!!!
