I bought a new treadmill from the new Makro at Abercrossing on the 25/09/2013 the moter packed up in less than a month on the 22/10/2013. The treadmill was collected from my house by M5 driver and taken to be repaired.
I have been phoning every day for the past 3 weeks to find out when I will get the treadmill back and every time I am told that they are waiting for parts they will phone me back. NO ONE EVER POHONED ME BACK! Ok 2 times they phoned me without a straight answer. He actually had the audacity to tell me he can bring the broken one back to my house. I said no what is that going to help me!
It has been almost one month now and my patients has run out completely! I am still waiting to find out when I will get my treadmill?
