I want to completely terminate my membership at the end of my contract period and yet, I have been unsuccessful in getting in contact anyone.
Repeated attempts to use the "Contact Us" form on the website have yielded nothing.

Calling 011 327 1808 rings for a while, then someone answers and hangs up the phone.
I just want to speak to someone and get confirmation that my contract and membership will be terminated at the end of the contract term.
