I left Planet Fitness a few years ago when I moved out of JHB to a rural area where the closest gym is almost 200km away and Planet Fitness refuse to refund me for an incorrect debit deduction they made on my account this month and also want me to go into a gym to again sign a paper that I choose to not be a member anymore - what the?? Why do I have to pay for a service they are not rendering to me and why do I have to drive 200km to make them stop debiting my bank account???
