A month ago I submitted a report on Hello Peter on the terrible client service at the Cobble Walk branch which has been closed since January.
There has been no communication. It seems like no work is being done.
And the generic response on Hello Peter from Planet Fitness means absolutely nothing.
How is possible that NO ONE can tell us what is going on or when it will be opened?
Yet - you seem more than comfortable that you just keep taking our money.
I am seriously considering just cancelling my membership and not ever referring anyone to any Planet Fitness.
Please prove me wrong - that you can actually respond and assist. Once again - no one picks up the phones at the head office..
