Really disappointed

I have been a member of Virgin Active Lenasia for many years (on and off). All I can say is that the equipment is insufficient (there is not even a decline bench), the service from SOME staff members is non-existent (they do not greet nor do they offer help to anyone that is not their friend - PATHETIC) and there are not enough weights available during peak hours. If they cannot accommodate for all members at peak times, they should STOP RECRUITING MORE MEMBERS. There was a "revamp" of the gym a couple of years ago but this just did not help matters as they seemed to have used reconditioned machinery from their other gyms. I have stopped going to Virgin Active and am training from home now, waiting for a Planet Fitness to open. I will be cancelling my membership and will never utilise any Virgin Active facility ever again. I will state the above when I do my cancellation. Does Virgin Active really care? Probably not.
