Maintenance Problems in Gym

I complained a couple of weeks ago about the lockers in the gym that doesn't work, I got a call from the maintenance manager asking me to explain exactly which lockers aren't working and I got an e-mail from the manager asking me to raise my concerns DIRECTLY with him in future. He made sure I understood that I need to complain directly to him, as he repeated this in the e-mail. I did do as he asked an phoned him to indicate exactly which lockers in the ladies bathrooms are not working, which hinges needs to be fixed in some of the lockers and that the steam-room door is not working. I almost felt like it was my job to inform the manager what is wrong with his gym, that he should be checking. Now this morning, the treadmill that has been broken last week was open to run on and I used this treadmill, unfortunately half-way through my workout I realised that the touch screen isn't working and had to call maintenance staff again! Why cant they check these things properly, before deciding that it has been fixed? The steam door is still not closing and some of the lockers are still not working.
