After getting no response to my message I left on myvirginactive, I'm taking this matter further. What is the use of "claiming" to be open until 20:00, when the staff starts switching off the machines at 19:40 already? I reported this a day or 2 after this happened and I still have not received any feedback. So much promise of helping you to get fit and when you try to work out, the staff starts switching off the machines without even asking if you are done! I could understand if it was 5 minutes before closing time, but 20 minutes? That is unacceptable!
