My fiance & I decided to join Planet Fitness in May, we went and did the paper work. After we left we felt a little uneasy and decided to cancel the contract WITHIN THE WINDOW period. We went back the following day and everything was handled. A month or so later we start getting sms's saying we owe money! last night i receive a phone call form a debt collection company!! Are you kidding me!!!??? I have emails stating that everything is sorted out from a Daisy Matimelane. So today, Jandre (Branch manager) at the Moreleta branch will be having a war on his hands. My name better not be black listed!! How can you do this to people???!! SO very EAGER to take money but pathetic on service?? Planet Fitness is a joke!!!
