I am very unsatisfied with the way that virgin active has dealt with my membership and my situation. It has been nothing more than complete unethical business practice and i am now at the point of my wits ends.
I went into VA greenstone to find out more about a gym contract. I was manipulated in the sales pitch into signing the contract by the salesperson forcing me to change my health status from a pre diabetic to healthy as well as me not providing a payslip to prove i would be able to afford the contract to full term which legally is deemed due influence.
i have been receiving calls from Marian Rossouw for 3 months regarding my outstanding fees. i am a full time student with no income of which it makes no difference to Marian even though there was no payslip given. she has no consideration for my current situation as well as a bad attitude over the phone which left me highly disgusted. I know of 2 people who had their contracts cancelled with no issues or cancellation fees. According to Marain it is unheard of in VA which means that there is a communication problem within VA.
i would appreciate this being resolved in a matter of urgency due to my above financial reasoning.
