I'm still Waiting for feedback
1) The day I have sign my contract with virgin active they have promised me the best service and a water bottle and virgin active sport bag!! Non of that happened and I have send emails to virgin active telling them about the poor service I got from Noordstad Virgin Active Bfn and I got no response back!!!
2) Its the worst gym ever and the equipment are always out of order and the cleaning equipment are always empty!!!
I don't even wane mention the steam room that was out of order with no feedback to us as users!!!
3) I have decided to stop my payment, because why should I pay if virgin active don't stick to there promises!!
4) Please stop my account because my contract expired in June and Virgin Active still deducts money from my account after my contract has expired.
5) Why did Virgin Active not give me feedback after 3 months, did not stick to there promises and send met feedback on my requests during the year!!
