Not having hot water is one thing but this has become something that happens often. I got up early to do my morning cardio and the arrive there and they have no hot water. This happens to many people.. Some drive up to 15 km from their house to this gym and then get ready for work here. I feel they could at least sms the members and tell them that there is no water, but their reply to this was that the manager was not there and the other staff do not know how to SMS.. There was also an incident 2 weeks ago where the entire gym was full of weights. The fitness staff was nowhere to be seen.. Maybe it was a meeting, but the condition of the gym was devastating... I am a paying premier member and in the days when i was training at Virgin Active menlyn, these things never happened..Other than this, I feel the K 90 in Boksburg have some of the most experienced personal trainers in any gym in SA..
