Discovery were in the process of changing my membership and No. etc
I then got debited from Planet fitness R 485, I called Leanne at Bedfordview and explained the scenario.
Leanne shut me down with we don't need to inform you that we don't pick up your vitality change we will just debit you. WOW.

I asked for the manager to call me, its been 2 weeks still waiting.
2 days later I got debited R 485 when all my discovery issues were resolved.
I then put a complaint on the Planet Fitness website to contact me and explained what was wrong. 10 days later Leanne calls me, I asked her if she can treat me as a customer and assist in sorting this whole issue out, NO HELP.

Then I called Head office, no answer for 2 days
Finally I get re routed to a gym that takes calls for Head Office (WOW again)
I get told that someone will be on the line shortly, after 20 min I get put through to a consultant.

I get informed that I will be called back with a resolve, ITS BEEN A WEEK???
