I placed two orders with Biovea on the 16.07.2013. Apparently orders were dispatched on 18.07.2013 and it is suppose to take a max of 15 days to receive order. It is now almost a month and nothing. Like other people complaining there is no tracking number. I have sent numerous mails to Biovea and have received replies but I want my orders. When placing the order there is a message that there will be tracking number once order is confirmed, but nothing. There is no contact number to call in either.
Please advise if this is a reputable supplier and did anyone ever get a delivery from Biovea?
