I ordered African Mango on the 9th July, and an "automated response" advised that the delivery was despatched on 10th July, (on the same day as the payment came off) - and that it would take 8 - 15 working days for delivery.
Well, 15 working days is now up, and I am STILL waiting for my order, as well as a sniff of a tracking number for the order. BIOVEA is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with! What company despatches you an order and can't provide you with a tracking number??? All sounds very dubious to me!
Reading the other complaints about BIOVEA, it would appear that this is the standard Modus Operandi!
I would like a response on this as a matter of urgency, and not an "automated" one!!!
