I am utterly disgusted by Planet Fitness beyond imaginable. My Contract was due to lapse in Feb this year. Two months prior to that date i called the accounts department at Planet Fitness and asked them if they could not renew my contract this year which one on the consultants i spoke to said it was possible to cancel over the phone so i did that. From March 2013 up to date i have not had any debits from Planet Fitness. To my shock today i received an sms from Saya Recoveries saying my account has been handed over. I am infuriated by this as i have not had any communication from Planet Fitness to date!
I have been trying to get to the bottom of this and both the Consaltants and this Saya have contradicting stories about my account as for thec Management apparently they are too busy to assist me on a matter that could pontentially ruin my credit record.
What annoys me further is that while i was a member of this gym my account was always pain in advance.
