Want to charge me when my contract has expired

Totally ridiculous, that my account has expired and they still want to keep charging me.

For some strange reason they're debit order didn't go through for 2 month and the woman at the accounts department that called me to demand payment, says my bank account doesn't exist anymore (it does!!!), but even though, I had not even used the gym for 6 month roughly AND my contract has ended, they still want to keep billing me for something I'm not using and they still want to make money out of me...

They can't think for themselves that I'm not using it and the payment hasn't gone through twice, that it should be cancelled... NO NO!!! I must give them notice, so that they can cancel my contract that's already expired. On top of all that, I MUST PAY for the 2 months and for the notice period, otherwise they'll blacklist me...

THIS IS TOTAL BS!!! The interesting part is, that my fiance cancelled her contract today and instead of paying R185 at the end of this month, she was told its only R119 at the end of this month and no notice period and its her last payment to them...

SO IS GOING ON HERE???
