I opened a contract for my friend who then only accompanied me for a month or so. She is no longer using this contract, infact no one is, but i am still paying for this. I phoned Virgin Active to give this contract to anather friend of mine who also wants to join, and they said no, my friend must open a new one. Noe i am paying for a contract that no one is using, and no one ever will. Virgin Active is very helpfull if you want to join and bring friends, but now i have a problem, now no one is assisting.
I WILL NO LONGER PAY FOR THIS CONTRACT THAT NO ONE IS USING. AND IF THIS CAN NOT BE SORTED OUT, I WILL CANCELL MY EXISTING CONTRACT ALSO AND NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO GO TO VIRGIN ACTIVE AGAIN TO WASTE THEIR MONEY LIKE THIS.
I WANT THIS CONTRACT CANCELLED!!! I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER EVEN TO THE NEWSPAPERS IF I HAVE TO. I DO NOT CARE, BECAUSE NO ONE AT VIRGIN ACTIVE CARES, THEY ONLY CARE FOR YOUR MONEY, NOT CUSTOMER HAPPYNESS.
