I laid a complaint with Planet Fitness two months ago with regards to my membership being cancelled and sorted out, they did reply and refund me and mentioned that my membership was cancelled.
end of last month i got debited by them in which i had to reverse the payment. I did email them informing them about the debit order and did advise that I am going to reverse the payment.
again this past sat I got debited by them after which they told me my membership is cancelled.
I am sick and tired of having to deal with this s*#^t please Planet Fitness stop debiting my account please remove me from your systems I'm no longer an active member.
