I send an e-mail to the address in the contract to cancel it.
I didn't get any reply and the bill for that month didn't go off, thus I accepted the contract was cancelled.
The following month my account was debited.
Once again I send a mail and this time I received a reply to go to their website, there I lodge a request for my contract to be cancelled. I didn't get any response and after a few days I repeated the steps and lodged another request.
I received a mail back requesting the original mail to be sent, this I didn't have and replied that the original mail is no longer in my possession.
She stated that the system would have replied that I must go to my branch manager, I replied that the system didn't.
Since then I didn't get any feedback.
I believe that they don't want to assist me in this matter and hope that I would just fade away.
