I just found out I owe VA money because after MY CONTRACT ENDED in Dec 2012, I failed to WALK IN AND CANCEL IN PERSON? did I not sign for a contract ending December 2012??? After my ghost contract had started, I had changed jobs and debit order dates changed, instead of emailing or calling and asking why aren't they getting their money since we supposedly had a contract, VA took my account to lawyers? I asked for my contract I had signed to see where this is stipulated in black and white that I must walk in and cancel in person, the staff refused to email me a copy of my contract and insisted on a standard contract that I can get "from any VA" they said!!
Surely this is unethical practice!
